A small collection of artworks from the NMR Picture Collection depicting the New Court buildings. This collection is curated by The Rothschild Archive.

These works were most likely commissioned by the New Court Partners. It is not known who commissioned the earlier works, but the eight later works by Geoffrey Fletcher were commissioned in 1962-1963 at the request of Mr Edmund de Rothschild (1916-2009) to record the second New Court before its demolition to make way for the third New Court.

Note on artists: Hanslip (sometimes referred to 'Hanslope') Fletcher (1874-1955) was a London born etcher, illustrator and painter specialising in architectural studies of London and elsewhere.  Sidney Robert Jones (1881-1966) was an English painter, engraver, and illustrator. Felix Runcie Kelly (1914-1994) was a New Zealand-born graphic designer, painter, stage designer, interior designer, and illustrator. Geoffrey (Scowcroft) Fletcher (1923–2004) was a British artist and art critic, noted for his architectural studies. Paul Sharp was a noted book illustrator and graphic designer.
