In 1994, N M Rothschild & Sons Limited formed the joint venture Consilium, to provide financial advice and services in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The Rothschild group had a 40% stake in Consilium, a financial services company with headquarters in Prague. The group's partner in the venture was Ceskoslovenska Obchodni Banka.
Today known as Corpin, the firm is the exclusive partner of Rothschild & Co. for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, providing M&A, strategic and financial advisory services.
